No job guarantee

Our resume scoring and matching tools are informational and educational. They do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

• Resumes and job descriptions you upload for scoring or matching.
• Usage data like pages visited and features used.

How we use your data

• To generate ATS scores, matching insights, and optimization suggestions.

Data handling summary

When you upload a resume or job description, it is processed by our AI systems to generate your report. We store uploaded files and generated results for up to 30 days to let you review and download them. You can request deletion sooner by contacting support.

Refund policy terms (summary)

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment if you have used the service minimally (for example, no more than one scoring report) and have not downloaded an optimized resume. Payment processing fees, if any, are non-refundable.
