No job guarantee

We provide resume scoring and matching insights to help you make informed decisions. These insights do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

Acceptable use

• Only upload resumes or job descriptions you have the right to use.
• Do not upload sensitive data you are not comfortable sharing.
• Do not misuse the service to scrape, spam, or reverse engineer our platform.

Data handling summary

Resumes and job descriptions you upload are processed by AI to generate your reports. We store uploads and results for up to 30 days so you can view and download them. You can request deletion sooner by contacting support.

Refund policy terms (summary)

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of payment if the service has been used minimally (for example, no more than one scoring report) and no optimized resume download has occurred. Payment processing fees, if any, are non-refundable.
